FAQ

We offer a 2-year warranty on the frame (against manufacturing defects) and on the motor and battery, as required by European regulations. The frame warranty can be extended up to 5 years, and the cost of the service is €500 (VAT included). 

We work with authorized Bosch workshops and centers throughout Italy. For Bosch engines, you can use the official dealer search tool: Dealer Search Bosch eBikeFor OLI eBike Systems you can access their Help Center (Zendesk) To submit a request or find the nearest center. More information on OLI assistance can also be found in their technical catalog: OLI technical catalogue.

Regular cleaning, tightening checks, lubricating the headset, bottom bracket, and suspension, checking tire pressure and brake pad condition. We're creating a dedicated section with videos and resources for routine maintenance. In the meantime, contact us at info@pedronirace.com for information.

    The AllTrails has a modern geometry with a generous reach and a balanced head angle—more relaxed than the Mate enduro, for a more natural ride on long rides. A 65.2° head angle in size L and a 489mm reach are the numbers of a serious bike, not a casual one.

    The Frame Kit version completes the offer, dedicated to those who wish to start from the heart of the Pedroni project and independently develop their own configuration, maintaining maximum freedom of interpretation.

    The ChargerGT model is a dual-suspension Enduro e-MTB
    “handmade in Reggio Emilia”, designed to offer maximum

    Mate relies on EXT suspension — Era V2 (170 mm) and Storia LOK V3 coil — made in Italy and used in international competitions.

    The adjustment is professional: the Era V2's dual chamber radically changes its character even with a few PSI difference. Once dialed in to your weight and style, it's a revelation.
