Shipping times

  • Bikes and frames: Generally shipped within five weeks of receipt of payment, via courier with tracking and drop-off without signature.
  • Clothing products: dispatch within two working days of receipt of payment.

Free shipping

  • Italy: free shipping on clothing orders over 200 €.
  • European Union: free shipping on clothing orders over 400 €.

Tracking Number

The tracking number will be sent via email on the day of shipment. Note: The link may not be active immediately after receipt.

  • Italy: generally between 4 and 6 working days from the moment the courier takes charge of the package.
  • Abroad: delivery times vary depending on the times communicated by our courier.

🔄 Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

You have the right to return a product within 14 days from the reception.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  1. Not personalized
  2. Being in the same conditions where it was received, not used or worn
  3. Have all tags attached (if clothing)
  4. Being in the original packaging
  5. Be accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return procedure, write to us at info@pedronirace.com confirming that you meet all the conditions.
Once your return is approved, we will send you return instructions.
❗ Do not send items without first contacting customer service: will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order carefully upon delivery.
Report to us immediately any defective, damaged, or incorrect items so we can take action promptly.

Non-returnable products

We do not accept returns for:

Refunds

    The AllTrails has a modern geometry with a generous reach and a balanced head angle—more relaxed than the Mate enduro, for a more natural ride on long rides. A 65.2° head angle in size L and a 489mm reach are the numbers of a serious bike, not a casual one.

    The AllTrails carbon frame is designed to be efficient under load and responsive on descents. Stiffness is concentrated in critical zones—the bottom bracket and headset—to transform pedaling into propulsion and controls into instant response.

    The AllTrails features 150mm of front and rear travel—enough to handle technical descents, yet light enough to handle climbs. Suspension is tuned to provide precise feedback on any surface.

    AllTrails inherits the Mate's patented XP kinematics—designed to maximize traction and sensitivity. On mixed trails, this means consistent grip on climbs and predictable behavior on descents, even when the terrain changes suddenly.

    Transmission and brakes up to the power

    The Charger is equipped with transmission and brakes selected to handle the engine's torque and the speeds reached on descents. Each trim includes components calibrated for assisted use—nothing that's too small to handle.

    The Charger features top-tier suspension with 170mm up front and 165mm in the rear — enough travel to tackle any enduro trail, calibrated to work naturally with the weight of the motor-battery system.

    Charger rolls on 29″ Boost wheels with 2.4″ wide rims — the right balance of traction, smoothness, and obstacle-climbing ability, even with the added weight of the battery.

    The ChargerGT Custom is the most complete expression of the Pedroni philosophy. A project built around the customer, where every element can be customized: from the color scheme to the trim, up to the most advanced technical configuration. A process guided by technicians, designed to transform needs and personal vision into a unique product.
    The Frame Kit version completes the offer, dedicated to those who wish to start from the heart of the Pedroni project and independently develop their own configuration, maintaining maximum freedom of interpretation.

    The ChargerGT model is a dual-suspension Enduro e-MTB
    “handmade in Reggio Emilia”, designed to offer maximum
    agility and control. Powered by Mahle: this model combines
    the excellence of Italian artisan production to a system of
    light and smooth propulsion for a natural driving experience.

    170 mm at the front and 165 mm at the rear: the kinematics allows the suspension to work in synergy with the weight of the engine, offering a sensation of lightness and responsiveness that you expect from a Pedroni product.

    Mate relies on EXT suspension — Era V2 (170 mm) and Storia LOK V3 coil — made in Italy and used in international competitions.

    The adjustment is professional: the Era V2's dual chamber radically changes its character even with a few PSI difference. Once dialed in to your weight and style, it's a revelation.
