General Conditions of Sale
Any order for a product present in the online store www.pedronirace.com requires prior consultation and acceptance of these general conditions of sale. Consequently, the consumer fully acknowledges that clicking to accept these general conditions of sale does not require signing this document if they intend to order products offered online on the website.
If the order is placed outside of the online store, this document will be attached in addition to the quote. The consumer acknowledges that acceptance of the quote does not require signing this document if they intend to order the products listed in the quote.
The website www.pedronirace.com is the exclusive property of Race Lab srl, hereinafter referred to as the “SELLER”.
The consumer declares to have full legal capacity to accept these general conditions and terms of sale.
The SELLER reserves the right to modify these general conditions and terms of sale.
Article 1 – Entirety
These general terms and conditions of sale represent the entirety of the obligations between the parties.
This contract is accepted by the consumer in a distance selling system of products.
In this sense, the consumer is deemed to accept without reservation all the clauses contained in these general terms and conditions of sale. No general or specific conditions sent or delivered by the consumer may be incorporated into this document, as such documents conflict with these general terms and conditions of sale.
Article 2 – Object
These general conditions are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by the SELLER to consumers.
Products include: Frames, bicycles, and clothing.
The consumer declares, before placing his order, that the purchase of the products is not directly related to his professional activity.
As a consumer, the customer has specific rights, which could be put at risk if the purchase was actually intended for his or her professional activity.
Article 3 – Contractual documents
This contract consists of the following contractual documents, presented in decreasing order of relevance:

- Shipping, Delivery, Returns and Refunds Policy (available on the website)
- The order form (online) or quote on letterhead (offline)
In the event of a conflict between provisions contained in documents at different levels, the provisions of the higher-level document shall prevail.
Article 4 – Validity and Duration
These conditions enter into force upon order confirmation. The general conditions are valid for the time necessary to supply the purchased products, until the expiration of the legally required warranties from the seller.
Article 5 – Order confirmation
All contractual information will be confirmed by email no later than the time of delivery or, failing that, to the address specified by the consumer in the purchase order (online) or upon acceptance of the quote (offline).
Article 6 – Proof of transaction
Records stored in the SELLER's computer systems under reasonable security conditions will be considered proof of communications, orders, and payments between the parties. Purchase orders and invoices are archived on a reliable and durable medium that can be used as evidence.
The SELLER cannot be held responsible in any way for any loss of data following an incident for which it cannot be held responsible.
Article 7 – Product information
Article 7.1
The SELLER displays the products for sale on its website with the features necessary to allow the potential consumer to know, before ordering, all the essential information relating to a particular product requested before purchasing.
The descriptions, features, and illustrations of our products are prepared with the utmost care. However, errors may occur, as may changes made by the SELLER. We assume no responsibility for such discrepancies, nor can the validity of the transaction be questioned.
Article 7.2
These online offers are valid while stocks last. If the item is not in stock, the order will not be possible, and the customer will be notified of any errors as quickly as possible.
Article 7.3
Before using your new Pedroni Race bike for the first time, you need to check that each element is working correctly, optimize the settings (transmission, shock absorbers) and adapt the riding position to your profile.
Article 8 – Price
All prices are in euros. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are added to the final order invoice. Prices include VAT applicable on the day of the order; any price changes will automatically be applied to the online product price. Payment for the entire order must be made during the order process.
Under no circumstances will any amount sent be considered a deposit. In the event of a sale abroad, all applicable taxes and customs duties in the buyer's country are the buyer's responsibility.
The SELLER reserves the right to change prices at its sole discretion. Any price changes will be communicated to the buyer prior to any order throughout the year, depending on exchange rates and increases in raw material prices.
Article 9 – Payment Method
Payment by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or installments. Your order will be confirmed only after payment is received by the SELLER.
Article 10 – Product availability
In the event of product unavailability, specifically due to our suppliers, the consumer will be informed as quickly as possible and will have the option to cancel or modify their order. In the event of an order cancellation, we undertake to refund the consumer or issue a purchase voucher as quickly as possible.
Article 11 – Cancellation of a pre-order
If the customer wishes to be refunded after placing a pre-order, 5% of the amount paid will be retained. This will obviously not be the case if the bike cannot be delivered by the originally announced date.
Article 12 – Delivery procedure
Products are delivered throughout Europe and worldwide to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form.
Any delivery anomaly (missing package, missing product as listed on the order form, damaged packages, broken products, etc.) must be indicated on the delivery note in the form of a "handwritten and specified reservation," accompanied by the customer's signature.
The consumer must confirm the anomaly by sending an email to the company within two (2) days to info@pedronirace.com. The consumer must send a copy of the signed delivery note via email to the SELLER.
The consumer is responsible for checking the condition of the package and the number of packages delivered in the presence of the driver. If in doubt, the consumer must refuse delivery and inform the SELLER.
Article 13 – Shipping and delivery times
Bicycles and frames are generally shipped within a maximum of three weeks from order confirmation, while clothing is shipped within a maximum of (2) working days.
Delivery times are generally between 4 and 6 days in Italy. For deliveries to the rest of the world, times are established based on the delivery times communicated by the delivery company. Please note that the indicated delivery times are only indicative and may vary. Any delays do not entail any compensation, suspension of payment, or cancellation of the order in favor of the buyer.
Article 14 – Returns
The consumer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods to return the item for an exchange or refund without additional costs except shipping costs. If the product is customized, full returns are not accepted, only repairs.
Products must be returned in new, unused condition, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded and will remain available for the consumer at our offices.
To request a return, please contact us at info@pedronirace.com, specifying your order number, the details and reason for the return, and your willingness to be contacted and provided with the return number. The return request will be considered, and the SELLER will endeavor to respond within one (1) week of receiving the request.
The seller will process the refund using the same payment method chosen by the CUSTOMER during the purchase process. If payment was made by bank transfer, and if the CUSTOMER wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must provide the seller with their bank details: IBAN, SWIFT, and BIC, which are necessary for the refund.
The SELLER reserves the right to agree to a replacement or refund only and exclusively when the product has been returned.
Article 15 – Delivery errors
The consumer must notify the SELLER, on the day of delivery or no later than the first working day after delivery, of any complaints relating to delivery errors and/or product non-conformity in nature or quality as specified in the order form. Any complaints submitted after this deadline will be rejected.

Article 16 – Delivery costs
Shipping costs will be indicated and added to the total for each order placed by the buyer. Postage will be adjusted based on the order's destination.
Article 17 – Product guarantees
All Pedroni Race bikes and components sold in this online shop are subject to the general warranty conditions available at the following link:
All products that do not fall within the scope of this warranty nevertheless benefit from the legal warranties in force.

Article 19 – Partial non-confirmation
If one or more provisions of these general conditions of sale are held to be invalid or declared as such by any law, regulation or as a result of a final decision of a competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain fully valid and effective.
Article 20 – Waiver
Failure by a party to assert a breach of any provision of these Terms will not be construed as a waiver of that obligation.
Article 21 – Applicable law
These general conditions are governed by Italian law. In the event of complaints or disputes, the consumer must first contact the SELLER to find an amicable solution.
